Better Days Ahead Project Interview
"Like many of us this pandemic has me feeling a bit gloomy so I decided to draw a simple rainbow and planned to hang it in my window. I’ve seen many rainbows across the World with encouraging words to our front line workers and to each other. I decided to write “Better Days Ahead” on mine. My artist friend Lauren over at The Doodling Nomad saw my rainbow on my IG stories and was inspired by this to create a Better Days Ahead Rainbow Vinyl Sticker! This sticker ended up selling out right away! I’ve been so honored to be part of this accidental collab that’s inspiring people right now.
After the success of the sticker I wanted to make shirts with our design. So I worked with a local company to create the Better Days Ahead tee. My hope is that this tee will represent getting through these challenging days with a little bit of hope while helping each other along the way! I sold over 100 shirts our first batch!
Every purchase also supports my mission to contribute to COVID-19 relief efforts locally. I donate to local families struggling due to the pandemic."
